2 Minutes for You! Exercise Make Simple Daily!

We brush our teeth, we brush our teeth before we leave each morning but why do we neglect our body's 640 muscles?

Yes, we have 640 muscles. When we are standing we utilize 300 muscles. When we are exercising, I say we are using more than 300 muscles.

We need to do just simply 2 Minutes A Day for YOU! Before you are a caretaker, before you head to the office, before you make the lunches, before you wake your spouse, your children up - take simply "2 Minutes for You!" Why? Because that 2 minutes is needed by the body that serves your family, the body that services your brain for your employer, the body that drives you to work and/or your family around. You cannot be a caretaker, UNTIL you take care of yourself.

Start today and 21 days from now - you will feel better, stronger and have a better outlook.

No, you won't see a prescription from your doctor, a request from your family, or a sad face from your pets, but YOU need these 2 minutes a day. Do your body a favor and donate only 2 minutes out of 1440 minutes per day (24 x 60), or 120 seconds out of 86,400 seconds of the day. 2 Minutes 4 YOU!
